At Rextra Series, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. Due to the personal-care nature of our products and hygiene concerns, we follow a strict quality and safety policy.
Returns & Exchanges
Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged once sold or delivered.
We only accept exchange requests in the following cases:

Product delivered in physically damaged condition

Missing product or incorrect item received

Packaging damaged at the time of delivery

Manufacturing defect (rare, but covered)
To request an exchange, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

All requests are subject to verification by the Rextra Series support team.
Important Conditions
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Original invoice / order confirmation must be provided
• Items damaged due to improper usage, negligence, or incorrect application are not eligible
• Exchange approval is at the sole discretion of Rextra Series after verification
Refund Policy

No refunds are provided on opened or used products

Once an order is successfully delivered, it is considered final

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Free trial orders (if any) are also non-refundable for shipping costs
If a refund is approved (only in rare cases like non-availability of replacement product):

Refund will be processed within 7–21 business days after approval

Refund will be credited to the original payment method

COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer after customer shares bank details
Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
• Refund for cancelled prepaid orders (before dispatch) is processed within 24–48 business hours
