At Rextra Series, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely using trusted courier partners.
Shipping Locations
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers across India (as applicable) through reputed courier agencies.
Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day
Delivery Timelines
India (Domestic Orders)
• Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days
• Remote or difficult-to-reach locations may take 10–12 business days
International Orders
• Estimated delivery: 15–30 business days
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance and destination country
Delivery Hours
Deliveries are usually made between:
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Excluding public holidays
Delivery Confirmation
• A signature may be required upon delivery
• If you are unavailable, you may authorize someone else (family member, colleague, neighbor) to receive the parcel
• Rextra Series is not responsible for packages received by an alternative recipient
Responsibility After Delivery
Once the order is delivered successfully, Rextra Series is not responsible for any damage or loss after delivery.

International Orders
